Day SevenHat Yai, Songkhla

A demo site — this business does not exist

The seventh of the month is when withholding tax is filed.

Everything in this office is arranged around a handful of dates, and that is the first one. We publish the whole calendar, including the half that is yours.

A three-person bookkeeping and tax-filing office. Roughly 40 small companies on monthly retainer.

A small three-desk accounting office, two staff at work, a wall calendar with filing days ringed

Your month

Half the deadlines on this calendar are yours. We publish both halves.

2youYour documents reach us — Receipts, sales invoices, bank statements and any payroll change. Paper, photo or file — we do not mind which.
3usEntry and matching
5usThe query list — Anything we cannot match. Usually three to six items.
6youAnswer the query list — One working day.
7usWithholding tax filed — PND.1, PND.3, PND.53statutory deadline
15usVAT filed — PP.30, and social security submittedstatutory deadline
25usPayslips to you — If we run your payroll.
28usYour one-page monthly summary — Cash in, cash out, what changed, what to watch.

Between the 5th and the 15th we are filing. We answer urgent things and we will be slower on everything else. If you need to talk about something that is not a deadline, the 16th to the end of the month is when you will get our full attention.

What happens when one of us is away

Filing does not depend on any one person: Ead and Ploy can both prepare, Sak and Ead can both file, and the calendar is on the wall where all three can see it. If a firm of three cannot answer that question, ask it again.
